Lomos Future Tech Pvt Ltd provides ArthaX, software for recording, analysing and following up sales calls, and for tracking the money those calls produce.

You are responsible for who you give access to and for what they do with it. Tell us promptly if an account is compromised.

You are responsible for complying with the laws that govern call recording where you and your customers are. You confirm you have the consent you need before recording a call through ArthaX.

Call scores, intent scores and summaries are generated automatically and are not always right. They are decision support, not decisions. Do not use them as the sole basis for employment action against a member of your team.

Platform fees and credits are billed as set out in your order. Credits are consumed as the engine processes work, and every charge is itemised in your activity log.

You can stop using ArthaX at any time. On termination you can export your data, and we delete it on the schedule set out in our privacy page.
