Short version: we collect what the product needs to work, we host it in India, and we don't sell it.

What we collect
From your team: names, work emails, phone numbers and the calls they make through the ArthaX app or a connected telephony provider.
From your customers: the phone numbers you dial, the recordings of those conversations, and whatever your team records against the deal.
From this website: a visitor analytics measure that does not use cookies to identify you.
Why we collect it
To transcribe and score calls, to track follow-ups and collections, and to support you when something breaks. That is the whole list.
Who we share it with
Sub-processors that make the product work — cloud hosting, speech-to-text and language model providers, and telephony providers you have connected. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. A current sub-processor list is available on request.
How long we keep it
For as long as your workspace is active. When you close your account we delete your data within 90 days, unless the law requires us to keep a record for longer.
What you can ask for
A copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. Write to growth@arthax.ai and we will respond within 30 days.
