This policy applies to our website (arthax.ai), our web application (app.arthax.ai), our Android dialer application, and all related services and integrations — including our integrations with Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp).

  • Billing information: billing address and payment details (processed by our payment partners; we do not store full card numbers).
  • Sales content you upload: sales scripts, call recordings, transcripts, contact lists, leads, notes, and any other content you choose to upload.
  • Support communications: messages, attachments, and feedback you send us.

Information collected automatically:

  • Call and dialer data: when you use our Android dialer, we collect call metadata (number dialed, duration, timestamps, outcome) and, where you have enabled it and obtained the necessary consents, call recordings and transcripts.
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, clicks, session duration, and interaction events within the Services.
  • Device and log data: device model, operating system, IP address, browser type, language, crash logs, and similar diagnostic information.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: used for authentication, preferences, analytics, and security. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Information from third-party integrations (including Meta):

When you connect ArthaX with a third-party service — Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), Google, Microsoft, Slack, payment gateways, or messaging platforms — we receive only the information you authorize through that integration. For Meta specifically: when you authenticate using Facebook Login for Business or connect a Meta Business account, we may receive your name, email, profile picture, Facebook user ID, the Pages and Ad Accounts you grant us access to, lead form submissions from Meta lead ads, ad performance metrics, and message metadata from connected channels. We only request the permissions strictly necessary to deliver the features you enable, and we use this data solely to provide and improve those features. We do not sell this data, do not use it for advertising, and do not transfer it to data brokers.

3. How we use your information

We use the information described above to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including capturing calls, generating analytics, and powering the Artha Bot.
  • Train and improve our AI models — using aggregated, de-identified data unless you have explicitly opted in to broader use.
  • Personalize your experience and surface relevant insights, scripts, and recommendations.
  • Process payments, manage subscriptions, and send service-related notices.
  • Communicate with you about product updates, security alerts, and (where permitted) marketing.
  • Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical issues.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Legal bases for processing

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. Call recordings and transcripts are retained based on your workspace settings. After account closure, we delete or anonymize personal data within 90 days, except where longer retention is required by law (for example, tax or audit obligations) or necessary to resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

7. Data security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.

8. International data transfers

We are based in India and may process data in India and other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your data.
