ArthaX.ai respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of any personal information we have collected about you, including data obtained through Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) when you connect ArthaX to your Meta account through Facebook Login for Business or related integrations.
What gets deleted
When you submit a deletion request, we will delete:
- Your ArthaX account profile and authentication data.
- Any data we received from Meta through your integration, including profile information, Page data, Ad Account data, lead form data, and message metadata.
- Call recordings, transcripts, notes, and analytics tied to your user account, subject to your organization's retention policies if you are part of a workspace.
- Any access tokens, permissions, and integration credentials connecting your Meta account to ArthaX.
Some data may be retained in a limited form where we are legally required to keep it (for example, billing records and tax-related information) or in anonymized, aggregated form that can no longer be linked to you.
Option 1 — Delete data through your account settings
- Log in to your ArthaX account at app.arthax.ai.
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Meta.
- Click Disconnect to revoke ArthaX's access to your Meta account.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete my data to request full account deletion.
Option 2 — Revoke access from your Facebook settings
- Log in to your Facebook account.
- Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
- Find MarketingOS Integration (ArthaX) in the list of active apps.
- Click Remove.
Once you remove the app from Facebook, Meta notifies us and we will automatically begin deletion of all data we received from your Meta account.
Option 3 — Email us a deletion request
If you prefer, you can email a deletion request directly to us. Send a message to growth@arthax.ai with:
- Subject line: Data Deletion Request
- The email address associated with your ArthaX account.
- The Facebook account or Page name connected to ArthaX (if applicable).
- A short statement confirming you want your data deleted.
Timeline
We acknowledge all deletion requests within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days of receiving your request. You will receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete.
